How can you link to our site?

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a fair and legal manner and do not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link from any website that you do not own, or in such a way that it may suggest any form of association or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You are not permitted to create a link to any part of this Site other than the homepage. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without prior notice.

Orders

When you place an order on the Site, you agree that all details you provide are true and accurate and warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; you are at least 18 years old; and you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.

To place an order, first add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then, once you have created an account or logged into your existing account, enter your payment details where indicated and finally submit your order.

Once your order has been submitted, it constitutes an offer to Hemp Fabric to purchase the products specified in your order and subject to these terms and conditions.

Once we receive your order, we will send an Order Confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will contain your order number and details of the products ordered. Please note that this confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of any offer to purchase goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any order before we accept it.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. Acceptance is confirmed when we send you an Order Dispatch email. This email will include details of the products ordered; confirmation of payment from your credit/debit card; and details of when the goods will be prepared for shipment. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Dispatch email, whether or not you receive it.

If we do not receive full payment from your credit/debit card, we cannot accept your order.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Dispatch email.

The Site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our shipping procedures, so that when the correct price of a product is lower than the price shown, we will charge you the lower amount when we ship the product. If the correct price of a product is higher than the price shown on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping the product, or we will reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

We have no obligation to provide you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unambiguous and you could reasonably have recognized it as a pricing error.

Please note that some hemp fabrics may occasionally have imperfections, ranging from a small hole to a larger blemish. If this is noticed before shipment, we will ensure that you receive extra length to compensate, or we will trim the fabric accordingly to still provide you with the best quality fabric we can offer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor imperfections may be present in the fabric, and as such, this does not constitute grounds for a refund or refund for defective items.

Risk and title

The Products will be at your risk from the moment of delivery.

Ownership of the ordered products will only pass to the customer when Hemp Fabric receives full payment of all sums due with respect to the products, including shipping costs, if applicable.

Product descriptions

The definition and accuracy of the color of our products displayed on the Site will depend on several factors, including your computer screen settings. All sizes and measurements are approximate. All products are subject to availability. You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if any of the products you have ordered are unavailable.

Coupons and discount codes

Discount codes: From time to time, we may offer discount codes to account holders. These codes will only apply to the specific account to which they were offered and to purchases made through that specific account.

Promotional discount codes: From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes that can be applied to any purchase or certain specific purchases made through this Site.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you originally used for your purchase.

Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on availability and any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable.

While our goal is to ship all purchased items together, please note that if multiple items are purchased, they may be packaged and shipped separately, depending on the packaging details of each item.

For UK deliveries, we aim to ship orders the next working day after you send the order dispatch email. For the rest of the world, delivery times will depend on your location, but we aim to ship your order within 3 to 7 working days of receiving the order dispatch email.

Our goal is to process orders placed before noon and send you an order shipment email the same day, and orders placed after noon the following day. However, orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday at the earliest.

Your order will be completed on the delivery date stated in the Order Shipping email or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time from the date of the Order Shipping email, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on public holidays. In this case, please expect your delivery on the next business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns

Hemp Fabric will be happy to refund any item purchased on this Site, provided it is returned to us in a fully resalable condition within:

• Unwanted items must be returned “like new” (which, in terms of fabrics, means uncut since we cut them to make your order and unwashed) in resalable condition, and a refund will be issued once we have verified and are satisfied that they are in resalable condition. Actual shipping costs are not included in any refund, so the refund may not be as much as you originally paid.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Any return must be authorized and will be credited to your account.
• No claims will be accepted if the fabric has been altered in any way.
• Rejected and returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping fees.

All purchases must be returned in their original, unused, unmarked condition and in their original packaging. If you believe there is a shortage in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can rectify it accordingly.

Once the products are returned to Hemp Fabrics’ facilities, they are inspected to ensure they are in resalable condition. If you are satisfied, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

If the returned products are not in full saleable condition for the reasons stated above, including but not limited to examples such as the garment having been used, smelling of perfume, or being soiled or damaged, then no refund or exchange will be possible and the garment will be returned to you.

If you return the products after the applicable period stated above and the products are not defective, we may, at our discretion, accept the return of the products; however, you may not receive a full credit with respect to the price you paid for the products and your refund may be by way of a credit note.

If you believe a product is faulty or damaged before use, please return it as soon as possible after receiving it. Indicate on the Returns Form, which will accompany your product, whether you would like a replacement or a refund, and return the form to us with the faulty product. Once we have had the opportunity to inspect the product, if we are certain there is indeed a defect, we will notify you of your refund or replacement by email within a reasonable timeframe.

We will generally process your refund as soon as possible, or within 30 days of the day we confirm to you by email that you were entitled to a refund.

We will try to deliver the replacement within 3 business days of the day we confirm your eligibility by email. However, replacements are subject to availability. If the item you need is out of stock, we will notify you by email and issue a refund.

We will generally refund any money received from you using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.

Returns process

• To return your item, you must return it unused and in the original packaging with all original tickets and tags attached, and with the original wrapping and box.
• All products purchased on the Site must be returned to our distributors using the return bag with the address provided with your order.
• Complete and attach the Return Form, which came with your products, in the original package.
• Take the package to the post office and pay the necessary shipping costs to arrange for its return. How you return the box to us is up to you, but we recommend sending it via registered mail insured for the value of the items inside. You should be issued a receipt, which you must keep until your refund is processed. Until the items reach us, they are your responsibility.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to return your parcel to our distribution center. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt.

Please note that purchases made on the Site can only be returned by mail directly to us. They cannot be exchanged or refunded at any retail location or concession.

We cannot accept returns of products purchased in any way other than through the Site.
